Appointments
It is a good rule to schedule any service in advance. However, do not hesitate to call us at any time in the event we might have an opening due to a cancellation. We suggest arrival five minutes prior for new appointments. If you are late for your service, it may be necessary to shorten or reschedule your service as there will be another appointment post yours that must be kept on time. We require a credit card number or payment to secure your request for any of our Spa Package reservations.
Cancellation /No Show Policy
Appointments require 24-hour advance notice for rescheduling or cancellations, or we must charge you 50% of the services requested, or deduct the amount from your Gift Certificate. No shows require the full amount of the appointment to be paid at the time of trying to re-book the no show appointment.
What to Bring
Contact lens wearers should bring a storage case for lenses, as lenses must be removed for facials and lash tinting services. If you are the recipient of a Gift Certificate, please bring the certificate with you and present it before your service.
Series of Treatments
Series are recommended to the client to achieve specific goals so we recommend keeping the treatments close together. Series of facial treatments must be pre-paid in a single payment.

Gift Certificates
Spa Gift Certificates – Show that special someone how much you care. A Spa Gift Certificate from Elite Skin Solutions is the perfect way to do just that.
Your Gift Certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. No refund will be made on Gift Certificates or unused services.
Jewelry and Valuables
We cannot be responsible for lost valuables, so jewelry of significance value should be left at home. Please be sure to remove all jewelry (earrings, necklaces) before your facial treatment. We recommend their safe keeping in your purse.
Return Policy
We regret that we are unable to accept returns of retail and salon products, but we will be happy to exchange defective merchandise.
Return Check Policy
There is a $35.00 charge for any check issued to Elite Skin & Lash that is not honored.
