Volume lashing is a highly skilled technique that is booming in the lash industry right now. Our stylists have worked hard to master this technique and now we can finally roll out our own new simplified service menu! You may be curious or even concerned about the difference between classic lashes and volume. We’ll take you through exactly what they are and why you’ll love them just as much as we do!
Classic Lashing is a technique in which a single extension is applied to one, isolated natural lash. Classic lashes are perfect for adding length and some fullness to your natural lash line. Our stylists here at LashBee always have your natural lash health in mind which is why classic lashes are only as thick and long as your natural lash can handle. Classic lashes will give the appearance of wearing mascara.

Classic lashes are perfect for:
- Clients looking for a more natural look
- Clients with a lot of natural lashes
- Clients with long natural lashes,
Volume Lashing is a technique used to achieve a fuller, fluffier look. With this method, anywhere between 3-8 super fine extensions are fanned out and applied to a single natural lash. This is the perfect solution if you have sparse lashes or gaps. Volume lashes are still safe for your natural lashes! They are lighter in weight and once placed on your natural lash, the weight of the fan is evenly distributed around your natural lash to ensure they are never too heavy.

Volume lashes are perfect for:
- Clients who have fine, weak, or sparse lashes
- Clients who have thick natural lashes, but enjoy the look of strip lashes
- Clients who want more fullness to their lash look
The pictures included are meant to be two polar opposite looks, to showcase how truly customizable each set can be!

*It’s important to note that volume lashes are NOT the cluster lashes you may see at a drugstore or makeup store. Cluster lashes vary drastically from volume lashes as they are pre-glued and can cause long term damage to your natural lashes. They’re heavy, attached to multiple lashes and your lash line, and create a dense, unnatural look. These may be great for a one-night out but are not a semi-permanent option!
